Gopala-tapani Upanisad: Tika By Visvanatha Cakravarti, Baladeva Vidyabhusana

The Gopala-tapani Upanisad, a part of the Atharva Veda, is a highly revered śruti scripture that directly glorifies Lord Kṛṣṇa as the Supreme Absolute Truth and promotes bhakti (devotional service) as the highest spiritual path. Quoted frequently by Gauḍīya ācāryas, this Upaniṣad holds a special place in the Kṛṣṇa-bhakti tradition.
